1/2 Bowel of Spinach greens, 1/4 chopped
red onion, 1/4 teaspoon of Rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsely, 1 chopped red tomato,
croutons (or toasted, cut bread), 1 chopped avacado, 1/4 teaspoon of powdered garlic, 1
finely chopped green pepper (for more mild salad - 1/2 to 1/4 finely chopped pepper.) Toss
with an Italian, Red Wine or Oil N' Vinagar Dressing.
